Our Guarantees

Landscapes:
Merry Acres Landscape warrants our plant materials to be true to name and size according to industry standards. We sell only the freshest materials, with hardiness tolerance suitable to our market area. A one (1) year limited guarantee is provided for all woody plants (trees, shrubs, no perennials) that fail to grow. Plant materials that fail will be replaced as soon as they become available, and as quickly as our schedule permits. Reasonable growing conditions must be maintained as a provision of the guarantee, including proper irrigation, insect control, winter protection, and shelter from unreasonable damage from pets or pedestrians. Trees and shrubs that have been transplanted from one location of your property to another, cannot be guaranteed.
Our Forever Guarantee:
New landscapes (plant materials only) installed by Merry Acres Landscaping are guaranteed "up to forever" when maintained continuously by Merry Acres Landscaping under our lawn maintenance program. The forever guarantee is subject to exclusions outlined in our standard guarantee.
Hardscapes:
Merry Acres Landscaping guarantees for five (5) years from the date of installation that pavers will not chip or crack, and the paver surface shall be true to grade.
Lighting Features:
All materials are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. Act of God, neglect, bulb replacement, improper use or vandalism are not covered by this guarantee.
Insurance Coverage:
Merry Acres Landscape & Lawn Maintenance crew leaders oversee all on-site activities of our crews, and are proud of our safety record. We are insured through Southern Trust, Progressive, and Travelers for general liability, automobile, and workers' compensation insurance. Limits are available upon request.
