Mosquito Misting

Mosquitoes are one of the primary nuisances that can prevent your yard from being the complete oasis that it should be. Especially once you've achieved the visual and aesthetic appeal that you desire in your yard and its unique gathering spots, it's such an aggravation to have to contend with mosquitoes and other insect pests.
Fortunately, mosquito misting exists as a safe, effective, and convenient method for eliminating mosquitoes and their bothersome bites. Specifically, the MistAway system kills mosquitoes within the target areas of your yard, and it repels other mosquito populations from even entering the parameters. The system works automatically from your pre-programmed instructions, and its small size blends in easily with your landscape design and other outdoor décor.
As far as the application, the MistAway system sprays a very fine mist of a botanically-based insecticide through nozzles which have been strategically placed around the perimeter of your yard. The mist settles on the grass and landscaping, killing any mosquito which encounters it.
The MistAway system is safe for beneficial insects such as bees and butterflies because it is timed to mist at dawn and dusk-when they are least active but mosquitoes most active. It also kills or repels other unwanted pests like spiders, flies, gnats, and no-see-ums.
The insecticide used in the system has a primary ingredient called pyrethrins, which are natural, organic compounds derived from the seed cases of chrysanthemum flowers. Pyrethrins are quickly broken down by sunlight or rain, so residue is not a concern. And, due to pyrethrins' plant-based origin, insects will not build up a tolerance for pyrethrins, so there is no need to switch or upgrade to a different insecticide at a later date.
